Silk Purse Creations Ltd is an independent production company based on the borders of North Kent / London.
In 2011 we are celebrating 10 years of documentary making, short film production and freelance post production.
The team have work on programmes for BBC2, History Channel, Five, Discovery HD, ITV and for clients such as Sony, Clear Cut Pictures and Turner Media.
Passionate about film-making, we deliver innovative storytelling, scalable production techniques, and we have experience creating and encoding cross platform content.
The ability to adapt, recognise potential stories, and be creative on location are what we do best. Filming on Red, XDCAM and Canon 5D cameras, both underwater and topside.
Freelance crews have experience spanning 30 years of award winning production.
We are presently exploring 3D production, with a 3D underwater pilot documentary planned for 2011 in the Red sea.
